Meet the SRSS Coaches
Head Coach: Casi Pahis
Coach Casi started as the head coach of the sturgeons June of 2009. Before coming to the team she coached for the Idaho Falls Piranha Swim Team for 8 years working with all levels of swimmers from 8 and under to national level swimmers. She has been the assistant coach and head coach of the Snake River Zones team on numerous occasions. She is a level 2 ASCA certified coach and working on getting her level 3 certification. She is also a certified personal trainer and has 2 semester left until she gets her BS in exercise science. Casi has worked with the IFHS Swim team for 9 years, 5 of those as head coach, in those years she has had several top 3 finishes as well as state champions and state records in individual events and relays.
Assistant Coach: Phoebe Pahis
Coach Phoebe came to the team in September 2009. She has worked with all level of swimmers and has 7 years of experience as a swim
coach. Phoebe is also a level 2 ASCA certified coach. She will work with all groups.
Assistant Coach: Tearra Pahis
TeArra will be working with the 8 and under groups. She has 2 years experience as a swim coach and the younger
kids really love her. She currently swims in the Gold Group for the Sturgeons and is a great swim instructor.
